We had a delightful and successful SW 2022 and successfully avoided any issues with COVID.
We will continue our requirement for vaccinations for SW 2023. Any additional measures
will depend on the US COVID status and we will follow CDC guidance.
Based on a Poll of likely dancers, the current status of Covid in the US, and CDC recommendations, we plan to
conduct SW this year as a mask-optional event. This does not mean "business as usual" - we do plan to utilize testing on arrival,
a liberal refund policy for illness, enhanced hand sanitizer use, reduced housing density, and utilization of outdoor venues
for dining and socializtion to the extent practical. Please click Here
