Fees

The Fees for Scottish Weekend in 2022 will remain the same (see table below) and include a number of optional fees in addition to the basic fee.

Tuition Fee

The basic tuition fee covers all lodging, meals, classes, evening dances, and parties. Two lodging options are offered:
1) Bunkhouses - 8 people per bunkhouse, two showers/sinks per bunkhouse, all lower bunks and
2) Cabins - double-occupancy, featuring two twin beds with private bath.

Deposit (balance due by September 1, 2022)	$50
Adult Dancer (18 and up)	Bunkhouse = $375; Cabin = $410
Adult Spectators	Bunkhouse = $250; Cabin = $285
Teens 13 to 17*	Bunkhouse = $240; Cabin = $275
Children 12 and under	Bunkhouse = $190; Cabin = $225
* Ages 13 to 17 may take part in classes and dances.

Linen Rental

A Linen Package (sheets, towel, facecloth, pillow) may be rented from Camp Louise for $20/weekend. Alternatively, you may bring your own.

Drinks Fund

Scottish Weekend provides beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages at all parties throughout the weekend. If you intend to partake of these beverages, please consider making a donation to our Drinks Fund. Thank you!

Tee Shirts and Trinkets

We are offering men's and ladies' T-shirts this year. In order to assure availability of your selection and size, it is essential that you pre-order your shirts using the registration form.

Donations to SW may be made during the registration process - but are always welcome!
Your tax deductible donations help support scholarships and keep overall costs down. The continued generosity of SW campers makes the weekend affordable for all. Contributions may be made using the on-line registration form or by downloading the mail-in 2023 registration form (PDF).
(Note that contributions are tax deductible to the extent permitted under new IRS rules; and we will send you a receipt for your donation.)
